ZiroWorld: Good Day Mis… Can I call You Mister Ziro?
Ziro: Just Ziro is OK. No need for titles. Thank you.
ZiroWorld: First of all, many thanks for finding time for this interview. I presume you travel a lot?
Ziro: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak. Yes, it is true, I travel a lot and it’s good to slow down a bit from time to time.
ZiroWorld: Our audience will probably ask: “How come we haven’t heard about you and your people… snow-people before?”
Ziro: It’s simple. There was no need for that. We (my people) were very happy with our lives, and we didn’t want to make big deal about contacting you (humans). But, as you might understand, we were watching you closely, and we thought that it’s time to act.
ZiroWorld: To act? What exactly do you think?
Ziro: Yes, our society that is much older than yours has already had problems like this, but we managed to solve them in the very nick of time. Now that you grew up enough to understand the situation, we have emerged from our secrecy to inform and prevent.
ZiroWorld: You mean the global warming issue?
Ziro: Of course. We are very concerned about the current situation. Lots of thing are going wrong and we are almost the first to feel it. Of course, it’s not your fault… not all of you but you humans have made a lot of changes in this world, so…
ZiroWorld: So it’s time to act. What will you do?
Ziro: Well, this might be an overwhelming project for me alone, so I will get some help.
ZiroWorld: From us, humans?
Ziro: Yes, yes… yes, but there are other snowmen, you named us like that, right?
ZiroWorld: No, I said snow-people, but it’s ok. Please continue.
Ziro: Whatever… So, I need to visit them all on crucial spots around the World to collect as much data as possible from them. But the problem is that they have oaths and strict rules of conduct in their society. They will not accept anyone for granted, even if they look as cool as … snowman, right?
ZiroWorld: Yes, the word is snowman.
Ziro: Basically, they will test me on every spot for my ingenuity. And for that, I might need a bit of help from your side.
ZiroWorld: Me??
Ziro: Not just you! From all humans…
Ziroworld: Sorry, I’ve lost you a bit. So, you need our help. And what you need: money, insurance, technology…?
Ziro: Nothing of that sort. The thing is simple. The base is your will. Will to understand the situation and will to help. The second thing is a bit of wits.
ZiroWorld: Just that. Nothing else!?
Ziro: Yes, like I said… We have broad knowledge on this topic. Of global warming… Isn’t it a bit warm here!?
ZiroWorld: Oh, sorry Sir… uhm… Ziro. I’ll regulate the temperature to enjoyable now. Better?
Ziro: Oh… nice… that’s much better. Thank you. Where was I…? Ah yes. We have the solution to this problem, but I need to contact all our agents around the world to activate the necessary solution.
ZiroWorld: “The necessary solution”!?
Ziro: Well I’m not authorized to speak about it. But be sure of one thing: it will be a short term solution.
ZiroWorld: How’s that? Why just short… !?
Ziro: Knowing your kind… no offence…
ZiroWorld: None taken…
Ziro: … But you will find the way to ruin the delicate balance, again. So how short, long or maybe permanent solution that might be depends on you… not you, just you… I mean on humans. That’s why I …ehm we need you to go with me, in the biggest possible number, to learn… and.. uhm… help a bit.
ZiroWorld: Yes… as for that help. You weren’t very informative. Can you give us more details?
Ziro: Very well, I’ll be honest with you. The ancient order of guardians somehow foresaw what will happen. So, they recruited the best of the best among them and sent them to infiltrate among you… humans.
ZiroWorld: So there are more of you…? I mean.. like you! They are among us?
Ziro: Sure! The problem is… I alone must face their tests of wits and wisdom, and that’s too much, even for me. First of all, I don’t know what kind of tests that will be, and how much time I will have to solve them, but the sooner it is, the better. They MUST follow rules and only when they see that I have passed their test they can help me get all the information that I need and…
ZiroWorld: And… ?
Ziro: Well… and reveal the location of other guardians.
ZiroWorld: You don’t know where they are?
Ziro: I do, I do… for some of them. But that’s a good start. You know, they are a secret society, even for us.
ZiroWorld: So, you, snowmen, have the solution but it is a bit… lost in time and space, right?
Ziro: Sort of… >sigh<
ZiroWorld: Well our audience will hear about this and more people will be aware of it after this interview but, I must repeat myself, how come we haven’t seen you all this time? With that technology we have…
Ziro: We have means to conceal ourselves… that, again, I cannot reveal.
ZiroWorld: Are you sure about that “never seen before” part, because you look just like those things we make out of sn…
Ziro: Oh, it’s getting late, I must go now. Sorry for interruption… and, dear, you are shivering a lot. Are you OK? If you are not.. tell me how I can help…
ZiroWorld: No problem at all. I’ll be fine. Thank you very much for your time and interview. That was a very COOL experience.
